SUMMARY:
Position is responsible for presenting, promoting and ultimately selling products to existing and prospective customers in the MRO space. Monitors industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand sales/revenue.
EXPERIENCE:
Proven work experience as a sales representative selling in the industrial industry with knowledge of products sold.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed.
Create and implement a sales strategy that ensures you meet personal sales goals as well as those set in place by the company.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
