Our client is located in Rochester, NY and they are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team to work Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm.

This position pays between $28 - $34/hour, based on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• General commercial building maintenance as directed by client.

• Preventative maintenance on pumps, valves, and piping systems.

• Provide general maintenance, carpentry, and lighting service.

• Procurement of materials as directed by client and inventory management

• Minor electrical maintenance and repairs (experience with generators a plus).

• Lighting system maintenance.

• General repair service (walls, fences, ceilings, doors, parking lot patches, etc.).

• After-hours response to emergencies as scheduled.

• Assist with workstation relocations, office configurations, and office moves.

• Communicate with the client and our staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics and time constraints.

• Plan ahead on projects to ensure the highest level of productivity on the job.
