Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Honeoye Falls, New York.
Pay Rate: $20 - $25 an hour
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support with the activities of the office staff. Activities may include data entry, filing, answering phones and other office duties. Position will report to the Office Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in any office activities that are needed upon direction of the office manager
- Observe and follow all safety regulations
- Acquire and retain knowledge of current shop and Quality Management System
