Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager for Water and Wastewater Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes, with proven experience in design of treatment, pumping and storage systems, and ability to build Water and Wastewater services. This role involves business development, client engagement, working on municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects, compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.

Primary Functions

- Lead marketing and project execution efforts for Water and Wastewater projects 

- Initiate meetings with potential clients and lead proposal efforts.

- Act as client liaison for Indiana Water and Wastewater process projects.

- Assist with project management and project execution in Indiana and other market locations.

- Prepare and oversee preparation of technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.

- Collaborate with multidiscipline departments throughout the firm for successful project execution.

Qualifications

- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.

- 10+ years of experience or demonstrated ability in water/wastewater treatment design, project management, and business development

- Experience in leading marketing efforts and proposal writing

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
