They are immediately seeking a qualified Warehouse Worker - Backup Delivery Driver who is precise, highly detailed orientated, and finds meaning and value in working within a stable team environment. Attention to detail, patience, and consistency, along with strong technical expertise will provide for a rewarding career. Additionally, the candidate will be an Ambassador of the Company Values through handling of product to ensure timely order fulfillment of undamaged, complete orders.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Pull, pack, stage and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect product for damage; stock product to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage for receiving and shipping process.
• Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and the cut machine (vinyl and carpet).
• Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.
• Assist the Warehouse and Facility Lead in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.
• Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink wrapped, strapped and banded for storage and transport.
• Assist with warehouse cycle counts, including researching and correcting discrepancies.
• Deliver customer orders when needed as a backup driver ensuring positive customer experience while complying with all DOT regulations. TSF is willing to train and support candidate in obtaining Class B CDL through coursework for any non CDL applicant.

Here’s what you need to be successful:

• High School diploma or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience in retail, wholesale trade or similar environment.
• Clean driving record and ability to get a Class B CDL and DOT medical card.
• Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to promote individual customer satisfaction.
• Team player, who respectfully and courteously interacts with other team members to encourage positive results.
• Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate and quality work output.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs
