Essential Functions

• Establish and support a culture of Safety First, Zero Defects and Continuous Improvement

• Develop objectives and plans taking into account budgets, capacity and resources
• Drive corrective actions when performance objectives are not meant
• Work jointly with other functions to ensure smooth operations

• Experience in evaluating performance and taking corrective action
• Think analytically and execute strategy
• Communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Computer Skills, including MS Office and ERP systems
  
• Human relation skills; ability lead or be a member of a team

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 5-10+ years leadership experience
