Inside Sales Representative

Summary:
Responsible for all areas of the sales cycle, including prospecting (hunting), sales development (qualifying), sales execution (closing), and account management (farming). Presents, promotes, and sells products to existing and prospective customers. Acts as a company ambassador and is a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policies.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inside sales experience
- Bi-Lingual
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent phone presence and cold calling skills
- Highly self-motivated and target driven
Essential Duties:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via phone and email.
- Understand customers' needs, overcome objections, and identify sales opportunities.
- Identify and close on upselling and add-on opportunities.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Research accounts, qualify leads, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services to potential and current customers.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
