IT Support Tech
Our client is growing and they are looking for an experienced IT Professional to grow with them! This person must have experience in hardware and software implementations, self-motivation, and excellent customer service skills!
Responsibilities:
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Maintain network, system security, and troubleshoot
- Work with clients to help install equipment, clear viruses, troubleshoot issues, etc.
- Basic networking responsibilities
- Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, smartphones, security updates, and patches.
- Complete various projects as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Expert with Windows 10
- Office 365 experience
- Experience with various network equipment manufacturers
- Experience with Hypervisors (ESXi, XenCenter, Hyper-V, etc...).
- Experience with computer hardware
- Experience with network security
- Experience with data management and security
- Ability to be flexible with work hours to complete projects.
- Valid driver's license to travel to client sites
