Bilingual Sales Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
- Contribute to supply chain initiatives and coordinate logistics while maintaining regular communications with vendors, customers and teammates.
- Contribute to inside sales outreach efforts across Latin American accounts
- Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides.
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives.
- Identify and monitor sales trends.
- Work with Salespeople and senior leadership to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Stay current and informed with new product launches.
- Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.
- Identify areas of improvement, contribute to cross-functional teams and participate in team learning & development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- High school diploma is required but an Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in computer software programs including MS Office (Excel), and willing to learn new software programs.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis.
- Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team, but also able to work self-directed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques.
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry.
