We are currently looking for a customer-oriented HR professional to be based in Canandaigua who will assist with a variety of HR Services for the company internally and for their clients. This will involve everything from writing employee handbooks to conducting training to compliance and job descriptions for clients and everything in-between.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or a related field
- At least two years of experience in a Generalist role
- SPHR certification
- Strong customer service skills
- Great attitude
- Very detail-oriented and tactical
- Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new programs easily
- Experience with spreadsheets
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
